Delicious, easy and very satisfying.  The pan sauce is fantastic.  And it does seem a bit more decadent than it really is.  I think this is a fairly healthy meal since the cut of pork is so lean.  I'm going to add this one to the rotation of regulars in the fall and winter.

This is a delicious cake--it has become an instant favorite in my family.  We've arleady made it twice in two weeks.   I baked it for much less time than the recipe calls for.  I started checking it for doneness at 50 minutes and pulled it out around 55 minutes.

The orange juice in this makes the sauce just terrific. I add zuchini and scallions to it because I just love these two veggies in Kung Pao.  I've made it with tofu for veggie friends and it was a hit--even the omnivores loved it.

This is a crowd pleaser.  I have made this a standard part of my Thanksgiving dinner.  I have passed the recipe on to several friends and they all make it regularly.  I usually put a bit more Gruyere on top than the recipe calls for.

I think that this is the quintessential bbq sauce.  I have made this dish for many, many friends on several occassions and each time everyone raves about the bbq sauce.  Hint:  if small children are included in your group, you might want to make a separate, less spicy version of the sauce as it can be pretty spice (which I love).
