These are really good, but when I made them the 2nd time, I omitted the prosciutto and used smoked mozzarella.  Super great, everyone kept coming back for more!

These are delicious!   A few changes, I halved the soy sauce, it was too over powering.  I let the shrimp sit in thehalf of the sauce for 15 minutes before wrapping them in the prosciutto.  I also baked them in a hot oven (400) for about 10minutes.  My husband, who only eats shrimp batter-fried or coconut, tried one and went back again and again for more!  I will make this again and again!
