I've never liked cooked cauliflower as a side dish. I tried this recipe because I was curious and already had all the ingredients. It was delicious and so easy to prepare.

Very good, although it was too sweet for our tastes. Next time I make this recipe, I'll cut the apple butter by at least half.

Absolutely delicious! I made it for Thanksgiving, but will make it again to dress up any meal. Easy too.
