The frosting on this cake is exquisite. The only way it could be better would be to eat it with Carrot Top! Get it? Carrot cake with Carrot Top? LOLZ

This is a great dish to impress your friends with. The potato chips are a great touch, I prefer to use Tim's Cascade brand chips.
