This was wonderful...the best paella receipe that I have found. It actually tasted better than some that we had in Spain. I cooked it on top of the stove in the same manner and added some chorizo.

We had this for a Sunday brunch with champagne  and it was delicious.  A nice variation from the norm. The only changes we made were to use regular bacon and use one half of a jalapeno....which was the perfect heat for us.

We made this for  Sunday brunch with champagne.  A delicious variation.  We substituted  regular bacon and a half of jalapeno which gave it just the right amount of heat for us.
