After I read the reviews mentioning the lack of "zing" to this bread I added vanilla extract & it really seemed to make a good match for the bread. I doubled the recipe & shared one loaf at work - it was a hit!

I didn't find this to be all that.  The photo looked good but we really didn't think it was all that.  I would stick to not stuffing the burger and grilling it with the cheese on top.

This had a wonderful aroma when cooking down the rice with the wine - I have made this with the butternut squash as well as pumpkin squash.  We really liked the pumpkin over the butternut.  I didn't find this to be too difficult.
