Not sure how much 2 pounds of watermelon is - we figured about 20 oz of watermelon and only 2 oz. of the vodka were about the right combination

This is an amazing recipe! We loved it so much one night, we made a second batch - probably not the best move. I have since remade it and added in 10 oz. Tonic Soda - the spritz is great and diluting the alcohol wasn't noticed.
