This recipe is unbelievably easy to prepare.  It provides a nice little intro or additional dish with which to entertain.  I used mixed pitted olives (I was out of Nicoise, as well), but the dish was well recieved all the same.

This recipe was fun, and relatively easy to make.  I had to substitute in a different kind of ;pasta, but the outcome was good nonetheless.  My only drawback about the whole thing was that in the end, I was left wanting some good tomato sauce.

Honestly, this recipe is awesome.  All of the ingredients are readily available in a local supermarket, which is rare with some of these recipes.  Additionally, the food was really good. Currants in the meatballs.... good work.
