I truly look forward to making and eating this dish. The flavors are unbelievably deliciousi!! All I accompany it with is a warm baguette and a greek salad.

I have made this the last two weekends in a row (though the last time I used store bought angel food cake.) All my company requested the recipe. This is the perfect dessert to use with fresh picked strawberries during the peak of berry season!

This is one of our favorite dishes. I made it on the grill this week and it came out wonderfully... a different flavor then cooking on a grill pan in the house, but equally as good. I serve it with store bough tzatziki (Cedars), greek salad, stuffed into a whole wheat pita.

I made this dish after seeing it on "On the Road Again" with Mario and Gywneth and also trying the dish at a local Spanish restaurant. This recipe was very good...I would add some peppadew or other pepper with a little kick to it to give the dish a bit more flavor.
