I used 85 % dark chocolate bar, and substituted brown sugar, using a bit less.  These were amazing!  However, I also made only half a batch and instead used a bread pan.  Consequently, I baked them for about 25 minutes.  Make sure not to over bake, in my opinion a gooey brownie is way superior to a bit too dry.
