TaratheFoodieThis is a MUST cook recipe. Yes, it takes longer than your normal wing recipe, but it's worth it. Plan ahead a bit, marinate the wings, and the rest is just a quick 30 minute roast and a quick fry - no big deal. Following these steps produces a wing with flavor running throughout the meat coupled with a crispy outer skin that's drenched in a wonderfully delicious, spicy, and tangy sauce. They are excellent.
