Individually, both the cauliflower soup and the chorizo bread crumbs are tasty. When I put the bread crumbs on top of the soup, however, they overwhelmed the delicate taste of the cauliflower. I would not recommend putting them together if you actually want to taste the cauliflower. I will look for another occasion to use the chorizo breadcrumbs, however, since they were yummy.
