Coconut-Raspberry Thumbprints

I made these yesterday (11/11/07) but did not have unsweetened coconut...AMAZING!!!!! I thought that the sweetened coconut would make them too sweet but I think it just made them softer. They are so easy to make and taste AMAZING!!! I cant wait to try different things in the center!
