SaintlouisI like this recipe, but I wish it had been more specific about the type of bakeware with regard to cooking times. Since the recipe didn't specify, I used a glass baking dish ... but the baking time must have been for a ceramic baking dish. Because when I checked on my cake 40 minutes into the cooking time, it was almost over-done. If I'd waited an hour, it would have been ruined.
