I thought these were a little bland. I put way more breadcrumbs on top to give more flavor and texture.

Amazing. Great lunch or app. Doesn't hurt to add more blue cheese and honey either. Have it as gooey and filling as you like it. Delicious.

I didn't make the almond brittle or use frisée. However, the roasted beets tossed in the vinagrette with pecorino shaved on top was a great combo. Sliced beet greens can be simmered in the juice to add some green to the mix.
