Did well - size the recipe for a whole can of coconut milk - what will you do w/part of a can? one 14 oz can will do 4 lbs of chicken, no problem. This is not hot at all, so don't be afraid to kick it up, but truth be told, just grilling kebabs with oil, salt, lime then basting with a homemade honey/dijion/chipolte glaze kicked the pants off this kebab.

Great for afternoon sipping. A little sweet so serve with lots of ice. Do the math, it's not strong less than an 4/5 oz vodka + 2/5 glass of wine/serving, so it won't get you silly, but a few of them will relax you while you kick back. Certainly worth making.

I was cursing myself for making this by the time I finished scraping the charred skin off of the last of the peppers. Isn't griling gazpacho an anti raw food thing to do? Anyway, if you do make this MAKE DOUBLE people tore this up when I brought it to the party I went to. Have come chipolte hot sauce near by. I grilled 4 whole bulbs not cloves, added a green pepper, more corn and a bit heavier on the spice. A BIG WINNER

While I do credit this recipie for getting me to "think outside the bun" I agree with uvakat, the fish tacos were a little disappointing to me. The cut of fish a little pricey for the hamburger/hotdog crowd. I'd suggest grilled shrimp or flank steak above this fish - other dishes from this article were a great hit. This was a hit, but a sublime meal. I wasn't wowwed. It could have had more crunch, more spice. salt.
