PDXpilotThis is an intensely rich dessert! I am not a big milk chocolate fan, but this was fantastic. It is silky smooth and has a texture somewhere between pudding and mousse. I was a little skeptical about the consistency before putting it in the blender, but it turned out perfect!

This had a perfect cheesecake texture of smooth and creamy yet light and fluffy. It also presented well with a perfectly flat crack-free top. I followed the recipe exactly and the only thing I would change next time is to reduce the almond extract or substitute it with vanilla as it was a bit too strong for my taste.
