Clean, vibrant, delicious! I added a bit of basil into the soup itself just cause I love basil flavor, so it was double whammy!

Very interesting, unique-tasting dish! Only substitution I made is to replace rice with udon noodles for a more silky taste combo.

Even though I love brie and escarole and fettucini separately, they just didn't come together too well. The pancetta and the brie were so intense they overpowered everything else, not to mention that once the pasta cooled off a bit, the brie became very sticky and a bit unpleasant to eat.

Overall this was good but the flavors were just a bit watery

The payoff for such a quick, easy recipe is amazing! The flavors are rich, layerd and delicious. The only part I'd omit are the pistachios that don't really add anything to this already complex-tasting dish.

Best part is the spice mix for the french toast but I still prefer mine with honey and fresh berries rather then the  compote. Overall, great breakfast dish.

Very intense, spicy, aromatic flavors. Variations- add a bit of toasted schezuan peppercorns for smoky spice (but then omit some of the chiles). I also add red/yellow bell peppers (thinly sliced) right after adding the paste, they add a crunchy sweetness and I like mixing basil with bok choy for more greens.

Easy to make, great flavor (the more ginger the more intense it is). I tried using bok choy instead of spinach, worked very well and I almost double the amount  of all the marinade ingredients to have more sauce in the end.
