MJNIEMCZYKThe first time I made this dish I followed this recipe and found it too salty. I tried again used half the sardines and this was just about right for me. I also tried replacing the basil with tarragon and found this to be an improvement.

Fast Easy and with the exception of the parsley ingredients you can keep on hand. I make this dish about once a month.
