MIshou6779I have eaten ratatouille in France, and it was delicious. This one is good, but didn't taste like that which I ate in France. I did use a teaspoon and a half of herbes de provence in mine, and that was good. It seemed to take a lot of salt to make it taste right. And the vegetables were not as soft as the one I had before. That said, I would still make this recipe again because other ratatouille recipes are so complicated, and make such a huge amount.
