Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Cutlets with Mustard Sauce

My family enjoyed this recipe.  I didn't have Havarti, so I used Port Salut cheese.  It was delicious.  The timing for cooking the chicken is perfect and I like the egg wash.  It is lighter.
