This was elegant, easy and impressive. Beautiful and delicious recipe. I served this with garlic and goat cheese mashed potatoes and a fresh green salad.

We really liked this recipe. The vinaigrette adds such a fresh flavor. I couldn't stop smelling it in the bowl while waiting to brush it over the meat. Loved the tomatillas. A great twist in chicken skewers.

Delicious! The Tarragon Russian Dressing was very tasty. I did do the ice dip with butter, but did alter the hamburger. In another F&W recipe I learned to mix 1/2 ground lamb and 1/2 hamburger. I love this combo for hamburgers and can't get away from it. We paired with a 2003 Cliff Lede Napa cab. Perfect.

6 tablespoons of Soy Sauce??? This was so salty that I worried about my blood pressure. Concept was good, I'd make again with 2 T Soy Sauce.

Very tasty!  I really liked learning the technique of draining the salty briny liquid from the sauerkraut, and adding back in flavors.  We loved the combination of apples, onions and sauerkraut.  Delicious and easy.

What a delicious, pretty, healthy and easy salad.  I'll be preparing this often and can't wait to serve it to guests.  Serve it on a pretty plate, like the picture, to really impress.  Thank you food and wine, this is a "find".

We loved this!  Delicious.  I thought about saving time and using bottled Salsa, DON'T!  The smoky flavor of the adobo sauce is a must.  A+

FABULOUS Soup. We're soup fans,  and this is one of the best.  Plus, we've always been a fan of Alluvium Blanc. Thanks for the great soup and the great pairing.

This was FABULOUS.  I will definitely take the time to peel that ornery butternet squash just for this recipe!  Thanks Food and Wine.

I agree with wenkwendy, Amazing!  I served this in a 1/2, slightly hollowed out papaya.  I sprinkled the papaya with lime and pepper so the sweetness would not overwhelm the crab mixture.  I chopped the tomato and avocado. The saltiness of the tortilla chips served this recipe well.  The presentation received many oo's and ah's from the crowd.  I took your advice and paired with a cold country Chardonnay.  Au Bon Climate 2004 was perfect.  Thanks you Food and Wine.

This is very good.  I thought it would be hard to deviate from the normal delicious grilled burger served with mustard and a bun, but we tried it and glad we did.  I did go to Whole Foods to purchase the best Aged Cheddar I could find.  The remoulade added a very interesting flavor.  And I even served it on the English Muffin even though I had hamburger buns sitting on the counter.  As usual, your wine pairing was right on.  We served an  earthy Hormigas malbec.

We really liked this salad.  Easy, easy, easy and healthy.  I was afraid the mint dressing would overwhelm, but the flavor was elegant.

We really liked this recipe.  After reading a review that the parsley was overwhelming, I did cut back to 2 cups.  Sauce was very elegant with the fish and the wine recommendation of the Graves red was a very nice pairing.
