I love this - it's so refreshing!  I have to agree with AMYBLA with the whole refridgerate for up to 3 hours thing, it makes no sense. I made it yesterday and am eating my left overs for lunch and the flavors are great after marinating! I used fat free feta too and it's awesome.... I think next tme more pickled radishes for sure and I added some of the leftover vinegar to the olive oil before tossing it all together!
