This was pretty good.  My boyfriend was skeptical about a "stuffed chicken" dish - sort of stereotypical 80s, but we were pleasantly surprised.  It was tasty and easy.  Definitely have some bread or something to soak up the sauce.

this has become one of the staples in my house.  love this.  Don't always do the croutons, but sometimes just put grated gouda over the top.

this was delicious!  I made it last week, and we all really liked the sauce, pouring more and more over it.  Also, the cook time was great - I didn't even take the chops' temperature - just followed the recipe, let them sit, and they were perfectly cooked.
