If ytou have turnips and parsley on hand, you can't beat this for a quick, delicious tenderloin ... BUT do not cook the noted 3 mins. per side ...3 mins total will suffice!

I love this recipe. It works well with sea bass, too. For fans of the parsley/lemon combination, it's a classic.
