HOLBROOKMI hate when people rate recipes without actually cooking them, but I will go ahead and put 5 stars down just for the ingredients so I don't lower the overall rating. What I really want to know is about removing raw lobster meat from the shells. If paigesintime13 sees this, maybe they could help out since Keller must have figured everyone was very familiar with this technique as he did not even touch on the subject in his recipe.

I just wrote a very detailed review which disappeared after hitting the submit button, so I'll condense it to the brownie part, excellent, the coconut part, great, except a bit too hot or a bit too long on the cooking. The glaze, not good, stays sticky, too assertive with all bittersweet chocolate. Try just drizzling some chocolate over the bars, or do a combo of bitter or semi sweet with maybe even a bit of milk chocolate, mixed a dash of corn syrup, melted, skip the cream, and pour this over the bars, and don't try to enrobe them completely--too much work.

I've made this for two Thanksgivings now, and it is incredible, everyone loves it. The prep for these tiny onions is a little time consuming, but well worth the effort. Thank you!
