GratefulThreadsThe tart is quite lovely! The tart dough cooked perfectly and is flaky and buttery. I would say there was just a touch too much almond cream. Just be sure to not fill the shell to the tippy-top as I did or it will spill over the edge, adhere to the crust and burn. I will definitely be making this again!

The recipe is super simple and really delicious! I served it with smashed potatoes and a salad to complete the meal. It is nice because the rest of the meal can be completed (except the Jus) while the chicken is roasting. Perfect for a non-labor-intensive winter meal!
