everyone loves this, even if they don't like 'indian food'. I make it with boneless skinless thighs which makes an easy recipe even easier. I make this over and over, it's a quick break from roasted chicken

Excellent, I've also used firm tofu cut it into cubes and fried it when serving at a chinese party buffet
