This is a fabulous recipe. I have used this with both smoked and unsmoked duck breast. It turns out lovely with both. It is an easy, quick and very tasty dinner that impresses company. It is a family favorite as well. I highly recommend it to all.

This is a lovely recipe.  After trying the recipe as stated initially,  I changed a couple of things, so it was better to our liking. It is difficult if not impossible to find orecchiette pasta in our city in Holland, so I subbed bow tie pasta. I added more goat cheese than stated in the recipe. And lastly to keep the asparagus a lovely shade of green, I blanched them in hot water first. My husband liked this recipe very much and it has become a lovely friday dinner during Lent.

This is one of our favorite vegetable dishes. When zucchini and tomatoes from the garden come in season, this is a fabulous recipe to use.  I used fresh veggies, and just sliced the zucchini into 1/2 inch slices and layered as directed. No need to cook in advance, as they cook perfectly when baking. I also subbed thyme for the dill, just a personal preferrence. This is a recipe I highly recommend to all!

Excellent recipe! I made this as a side dish for my leg of lamb Christmas dinner. My husband and inlaws each had 2 and 3 servings. Creamed spinach was a new dish for them, and all commented they were enjoying it very much. The only change I made was to add 2 cloves of garlic, chopped, when wilting the spinach initially. The recipe was very yummy and an easy do-ahead recipe that can easily be rewarmed right before dinner. This is a keeper! I highly recommend this recipe to all.
