Mojito Jell-O Shots with White Rum and Fresh Mint

The mixture clumped up when I sprinkled the gelatin over the heated sugar/water mixture.  For the second batch, I followed manufacturer's instructions and sprinkled the gelatin over a cooled simple syrup.  These were delicious and was a huge hit !!!
