I've tried a few chilaquiles recipes but this one is THE best and very easy. Most recipes have you fry tortillas which is messy. This recipe you just use tortilla chips right from the bag. What's also great is you can adjust the spiciness (is that a word?) of the sauce to your liking before adding it to the tortillas. I also...just for the fun of it...topped mine with black olives and chopped green onions and served sour cream on the side. Not at all necessary but my friends thought I was a genious!
