Incredibly good and easy I added extra garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Leftovers were even better.

Very easy Make ahead Everybodies favorite Added an envelope of Onion Mushroom soup on top of brisket before adding cooked vegetables. Also, I lined the baking pan with heavy duty double foil and clean up was fast too.
