CelestivDo not underestimate this soup. Absolutely delicious and so easy... Definitely adding it to my repertoire. Couldn't find a fresh jalapeno where I was staying so used caned - I think the amount of spice in a whole (with seeds) fresh one would have been perfect!

Perhaps one of the best recipes I've EVER made. Effort really was not that hard, and turned out ABSOLUTELY delicious!! We halved the recipe and substituted our best imitation of "ras el hanout" with a little bit of additional seasoning to suit our preferences. Will DEFINITELY be making this again for a crowd!

Absolutely fantastic! Feel free to go nuts with the fruit - I added raisins, frozen berries, fresh strawberries and pecans along with the apple, and added in a splash of bourbon for the heck of it. Baked it in a small casserole dish and it came out great. Only suggestion I'd make is to keep the crusts on the bread - adds diversity to the texture, cuts down on waste, and saves time!

Super easy and rave reviews! The Kebab party was a fantastic idea and a huge hit. We made both the mexican and the mediterranean oils and both were beyond gone at the end of the night. Thanks F&W!
