We loved this recipe! I served it on a bed of arugula with a grilled pepper salad on the side. The only change I would make is probably use half the oil in the vinaigrette and use an extra jalapeno, maybe even leaving some of the seeds since we like it spicy. Overall a wonderful dish I will make as often as I can!
