You can order fresh green chiles from The Farmers Market in Albuquerque, NM by calling 505-294-1700. It is located at 10110 Snowheights NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. Buy them by the bushel. When you get the chiles, roast them under a broiler, turning until the skin is black. Immediately put them in a wet towel for them to sweat. After a few minutes, you can put them in ziploc baggies and freeze them to use them all year, one bag at a time. Green chile chicken enchiladas are the best!!
