Turkey Kibbe Kebabs with Two Sauces

This is now a standard in my house with the kids (both under 10) and for guests. For speed I usually just bake the kibbe. It takes very little time to make. I like the sauces but usually make these only for guests. I like the yogurt garlic more than the other.
