Tasty salsa! I used this as a sauce on the cocoa and ancho chili rubbed pork chops (recipe also included in this issue of the magazine). I was tempted to substitute cilantro for the mint but decided not to in the end. It was excellent and slightly "different" tasting with the mint.

Excellent recipe. Doesn't taste strange due to cocoa and isn't too sweet due to sugar content in rub either. Excellent with the grilled ingredient salsas that also have recipes included in this issue of the magazine.

Loved this recipe. Also used naan instead of pita bread. The combination of the seasoned pork, onions, tzatziki in naan was fantastic and far exceeded my expectation.
