I am half-way through this recipe (ganache is chilling, but haven't started rolling in coatings yet)... Please note that although the recipe states to use 4 teaspoons of peppermint oil - that is a MISTAKE! Perhaps they meant to say 4 drops? I used only 2 teaspoons (still against my better judgement, but I was trying to "follow the recipe") and that quarter of my truffles tasted like the strongest toothpaste I've ever tasted. I am trying to make truffles as a gift for my children's teachers, bus drivers, etc... so I am in deep! I'll let you know how the rolling goes.
