In muralist Patricio Peña Oltra's gallery, sift through the works of 36 emerging local artists, stacked in boxes and leaning against the walls. Small watercolors go for as little as $14, and large paintings by Peña Oltra and his contemporaries, like Fabiola Rojas and Mauricio Ojeda, sell for about $3,000. The back room is dedicated to crafts that include muñecas tipicas, dolls dressed in traditional Chilean clothing.
