Jing Tio, the visionary owner of this kitchen boutique, provides spices to the best restaurants in the country including Per Se, Joël Robuchon’s restaurants and Eleven Madison Park. More than 100 spices and blends are on display at Tio’s museum-like San Francisco showroom, including Indonesian cubeb pepper and the golden-hued swarnadwipa curry mix, made with coconut, lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal and smoked paprika.
