Fried Diamondback Rattlesnake, Texas

At the controversial annual World’s Largest Rattlesnake Roundup held in Sweetwater, Texas, the venomous reptiles are captured from the surrounding desert and brought to the Nolan County Coliseum, where they are skinned, battered and deep-fried.
