Pistachio Meringues with Lemon Curd and Berries
Tyler Florence transforms the Pavlova, the classic Australian dessert of meringue topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit, by adding tart lemon curd, crunchy pistachios and fresh ginger (an Asian flourish). This recipe is superb for entertaining, Tyler says, because “it’s as easy as whipping up egg whites.”
