Le Dalí

2008 The opening of Le Dalí coincided with the American hamburger’s conquest of Paris. Chef Yannick Alléno’s juicy version in a house-made bun is rightfully famous—it’s a trip to be served a burger by a jacketed waiter in a neoclassical salon, under Ara Starck’s gold canvas ceiling. The rest of the menu, mostly classics like sole meunière, is also superb.
