Le Dauphin

2010 Not just any wine bar, Le Dauphin has a marble bar by architect Rem Koolhaas and small plates made by chef Inaki Aizpitarte, who also runs the experimental bistro Le Chateaubriand next door, which opened in 2006 and is still packed nightly. At Le Dauphin, there’s a tasting menu at lunch; dinner brings tapas like ceviche in cucumber water.
