El Quim de la Boqueria

1987 “We are the world’s smallest restaurant with the biggest pantry,” jokes chef Quim Márquez Durán about his dime-size restaurant in La Boqueria. El Quim is the next-generation incarnation of the city’s classic tapas spots, serving refined dishes like wild mushrooms with caramelized foie gras.
