“I wanted both images to feel organic visually. However, the top image is where we should be going: foraged, nuts, grains, seaweed, vegetables. A more plant- and grain-based diet free of pesticides, GMOs fats and sugar. Maybe insects or bugs for protein. The second image is where the developing, newly wealthy countries will be. Eating steak and meat to show wealth and status. Then finding out the effects and cost of this diet on their health, the planet and its resources rather than the new wealth in their pockets.”
