Pastrami Sandwiches with Dry Riesling

Very few wines could stand up to the fatty pastrami and creamy, buttery mushrooms that fill these "hot dogs." They need a Riesling with laser-like acidity such as the completely dry 2011 Würtz Riesling Trocken, which is sold in a convenient three-liter box.
