Grilled Pork Ribs with Shiraz
Inspired by the Southern practice of cooking meat with Coca-Cola, these ribs are marinated in a mixture of root beer, fish sauce and garlic, then roasted and grilled until tender and charred. Pair the sweetness of the root beer marinade with a robust Shiraz. The jammy 2009 Black Box Central Coast Shiraz comes in a three-liter black box, the equivalent of four bottles.
