Lobster/Crab Nachos The Fat Cat opened in 2008 with one basic version of nachos. Where once there was one, now there are four, including these inventive seafood nachos. White-corn tortillas are cut and fried daily, then slicked with Creole-spiced roast corn salsa and chunks of fresh Maine lobster and blue swimmer crab.
