Why? Bengals wide-receiver Chad Johnson is lean and fast and, inspired by his jersey #85, sometimes likes to call himself “Ocho Cinco” (Spanish for “eight” and “five”). In his honor, we chose these lean, fast-cooking Mexican pork tenderloin fajitas.
